The scene is providing insight into the fate of the High Evolutionary, portrayed by Chukwudi Iwuji. The scene, shared by IGN, showcases what transpired after the Guardians emerged victorious against the formidable antagonist.

High Evolutionary Imprisoned in Knowhere

In the deleted scene, it is revealed that the High Evolutionary has been imprisoned in Knowhere following his defeat at the hands of the Guardians. Rocket, played by Bradley Cooper, chose to spare the villain’s life despite the injuries inflicted upon him during the battle.
