According to a “Daily Beast” report, the mother accused Miller of acting inappropriately around the youngster, alleging, among other things, that Miller was confrontational with adults during a social visit and gave the child undue attention.

Marissa Elkins, the actor’s lawyer, has refuted the accusations, claiming that Miller was never left alone with the youngster and that their only interactions were two brief ones that took place in the presence of a number of other people.

Miller added, “I have been unjustly and directly targeted by an individual who the facts have shown has a history of such manipulative and destructive actions.”

Since the release of “The Flash,” which had a poor box office success, the DC actor has mainly maintained a quiet profile. However, the actor has garnered praise for his portrayal, and director Andy Muschietti has even indicated that he would be open to working with the actor on a “Flash” sequel.
