Jordan Spieth celebrated the arrival of his second child with his wife, sharing a heartfelt tribute on Instagram.
Professional golfer Jordan Spieth and his wife Annie Verret are now parents of two, commencing the birth of their baby girl, Sophie, on September 12th.

he wrote beside a black and white picture of him gently playing with the child.
Spieth, although had committed to a Ryder Cup trip in Italy, chose to stay by his wife during her labor. The Ryder Cup Organisation delightfully welcomed the little one, playfully relating her to the US team. Spieth hasn’t yet responded to this matter.
Sophie is the second child that Jordan Spieth and Annie Verret will bring up. The couple got married in 2018 and was blessed with a son Sammy in November 2021. Spieth celebrated Sammy’s arrival by posting a cute picture of their hands intertwined.

Sammy, who will be turning two in November, paid a visit to the Masters Par-3 Contest at Augusta National in Georgia, with his parents. In a picture, the father and son were witnessed “testing out the rough in Augusta.”
The young boy was handsomely dressed in a green baseball cap, a traditional white caddie outfit with his dad’s name, and small white sneakers. Other photos showed Sammy enjoying himself in the bunkers and taking putts.
Rain cut Sammy’s caddie debut short but he looked the part!

Sammy was lucky enough to interact with some of golf’s prominent people. In January, golfer Tom Kim shared that he had babysat Sammy during holidays. After attending Tiger Woods’ Hero World Challenge event in the Bahamas, Kim moved to Dallas with Spieth. He didn’t want his friend to spend Christmas alone so extended a warm invitation from him and his family which brought with it, a tad bit of babysitting duties.
I was kind of by myself,
Kim said.
So I got to spend some time with the Spieths and kind of babysit Sammy, which was really cool. But, yeah, it’s been amazing to kind of build a friendship and it was really cool to play with him today.
Kim spoke highly of Sammy,
Oh, my God, Sammy’s amazing. He’s the most wonderful little boy I think I’ve ever met. He’s just absolutely amazing. So definitely I’ve seen a lot of kids, but he’s, he definitely makes it a lot easier.
In July, Jordan Spieth celebrated his 30th birthday with his family. He shared an image of him, Annie, and Sammy in front of their home, surrounded by a cheerful display of balloons.
